Usernames are usually your first name or preferred name (all in lower case) followed by two digits.  There are no spaces or punctuation.  Examples would be:

• pj34
• bex44

If you remember your username or the email address you used to set-up your username with us, you can re-set your password at https://beta.real.ac.nz/login/forgot_password.php .

If you do not get the re-set email within a couple of minutes, please check your spam and promotional mail folders.  If you still do not see the email, please contact us about that using the webform at https://www.rwe.ac.nz/contact .
