If you are not logged-in to LabBench, you will need to log in with your username and password.

A few helpful hints:

• You are welcome to upload documents one at a time.  However, if you have several documents, you might find it easier to make a zip archive of them and upload that one zip file.
• When the request is for documents to be certified copies, be sure to follow the instructions for getting them certified.
• If you run into difficulty getting us the requested documents, please reply to the email requesting the documents and explain the difficulty.  We might be able to change the request to make it easier for you or give advice about how to get the job done.  Either way, it is helpful for us to understand why there is a delay.
